i am going to smoke wings need a rub which one of the texasbbq rubs should i use

Use the Original or the Wild. Send pics of the finished product. Don't forget to glaze them with pineapple hab, or mango hab gourmet finishing sauce. :drool:

Here is the link. Smoke at about 230 to 250 till internal temp is at 170* You will love the Texas Pepper Jelly, I promise, ask anyone here on the forum.

I highly agree with HFD about the rub and Texas Pepper Jelly. An explosion of great flavors :thumbs:

It has some good tips on how to get the skin crisp. :)

how do you take the interal temp of chicken wings :shock:

I use a thermapen thermometer and poke around, but with chicken wings, I can just eyeball it and tell. Check out the link below and notice the short, thin tip.
