Well the ol WSM worked fine as usual except that the temp rocketed up to 300-350 for a few hours which I believe may have dried it out a bit it wasn't saw dust but could have been better on the juiciness over all not a bad outcome the little wet rub of onions and garlic and S$P was good on the outside. Do yall suppose the sand in the water pan may have let to the higher cooking temps. I closed all the vents and everything and it just stayed there. I used Kingsford charcoal for fuel as I can't get wood here except for the wood chips they sell in the BX or commissary. As promised here are some picks.
