I bought the Messermeister Asian Mu 10" slicer from Craig at Texas Pepper Jelly.

Wow, what a knife! I'm telling you this knife is RAZOR sharp out of the box. :wink: It will literally fall through a tomato and slices meats like butter. Anyone looking for a precision slicing knife ought to give this one a serious look.

I'm terrible at taking pics, but I took a few of a couple of pork tenderloins that I cooked over the weekend.

Thanks, Bundy. I coated the tenderloins in olive oil and rubbed with Tone's rosemary and garlic blend.
