Once again I would like to thank all you good people for the input and advice. I decided to nix the wedding cook cause of the innablity to cook a vast amount of food on my 2 brinkman offsets.:( Maybe someday when the opprotunity comes and I have the equipment to accomidate such a large crowd I can wow em with the rubs I have aquired from Bill.:D Anyways .............we're havin a benifit for a friend that is havin surgury in a couple a weeks, (only a hundred riders or thereabouts),,,and we's gonna make em happy!!(A qoute from Z)! :) A couple of big briskets, 4 pork butts, and some brats for the rest.:twisted: Yes db...I'll take some pics and post em....No group hugs....Just kiddn!!
