So I went to the store tonight to pick up 3 racks of spares. Well they only had two left...so I looked for the biggest baby backs and bought a rack.
Do I need to worry about my spares taking longer? Should I throw the BB's on a bit later?

You didn't say how much each weighed, but normally spares will take longer based on mass. If you have a good cooler, I wouldn't worry about putting the the babybacks on later. I've held ribs for six to seven hours wrapped in a cooler.
When they poke tender, pull, wrap and put in the cooler. I try to let ribs rest at least two to three hours if I can.
You can always snack on the babybacks while the spares are resting.

Excellent tip!
