any ideas for smoked meat balls and whats the different b/t Texas BBQ Rub Brisket Blend Texas Wild

Brisket blend has coarser cut spices and a tad more heat for the longer cooks a brisket needs whereas Wild has finer cut spices and less heat. Original has the heat of Brisket and finer cut spices. Since Wild was introduced at Qfest 3 I pretty much use it exclusively these days. Not so much that it is my favorite (I still like Orginal best) but because not all folks like da heat...especially womens and children! I makes more folks happier using Wild. Recommend ya try all three fer ya own analysis! :D :wink:
