Ok guys and gals,, here's the skinny. We had a great time doin this little fundraiser and the results are in. I did 1 brisket without texasbbq rub and the rest of the meat with the brisket blend on the remaining briskets and original on the pulled pork. WOW:shock: Rave reviews!!!! Everyone wants the secret!!! ( I kept the one without at home for later use in beans):D I told em all about the texasbbqrub site and what a difference it's made for me. We were expecting around 35 to 40 people. Had around 100. Almost ran out. Turned out to be a perfect day and for our first cook couldnt have turned out any better.:D
Thanks guys,
Your makin me look good 8)
