Hey Guys,

I am planning on serving my sponsors ribs at an upcoming cook. I'm expecting 80-100 people for the night. How many racks of St. Louis style pork ribs should I buy to feed everyone? I am also serving brisket and stuffed chicken thighs for those who are not rib eaters.

I am not an expert but in my opinion if you are serving other meat items I would go with about 12 racks. It sort of depends on your crowd as far as how many racks but you can usually figure about 12 ribs to a rack.
