I cooked up some spares today. They were not the meatiest I have ever seen and even had a couple of shiners, but they were good. First pic is ribs with membrane removed, moistened with Worcestershire, seasoned, and placed on the smoker. Next is ribs out of the foil, ready to be glazed. Finally ribs glazed with a mixture of grape jelly, butter, lemon juice, and jalapeņo seasoning, and ready to eat.
