Where can I get a pair of those hand rake things that ya use for shredding pulled pork? Seen them on Food Ch. when they go to the bbq cookoffs.

Well, frankly you can use forks or just your hands in some gloves, but if you really want them, they're called bear claws or paws...many places to get them...here's one:

If you don't mind traveling across Houston, they have them at Allied Kenco. They're called Bear claws. Kenco is off I-45 and Airline.

Seems like I seen some at BBQ Galore but wouldn't want to bet my life on it. Now of course my pushed pork is so tender I just use a coupla cheap plastic forks. Sometimes I just look at it real hard and it implodes. Hope this helps.

I thought these would be a useful and cool tool to have too. They are really more of a hassle than anything. Get a good set of nitrile gloves like the ones sold on this site, and pull, push it by hand. . WM

Get a set of gloves from Bill and just use your hands. Works great.
