We donated a "we come and cook Ribs at your casa" dinner to the wife's school
Its for 24 people with sides........... Nice lil fundraiser for the Parents club
Two Families wanted it and bidding was strong
I get a call "would you do two dinners?" Yes OK
$1500 a pop Ribs and sides for 24
LOL I know its because of the school getting the money
But it sure makes us feel good
We are going to do 4 styles of Ribs
Smokey Mac and Cheese,
Kathy's Championship Baked Beans,
Green Salad and flaming Cheese bread
Cobbler A-la-Mode for Desert

Can never go wrong cookn for a cause, although evertime i cook it is for a cause, cause i'm hungry:roflmaoha0: For real though great job it always makes you feel good to cook for fun raisers. :thumbs:

1 Sweet Competition Ribs (3,2,1)
2 Reno Rib Fest Style ( smoked then finished on a flat grill, caramelized sauce)
3 Country Style (pork shoulder cut into strips)
4 Dry Ribs (for dippin)

That's a nice gift Thom. I hope the school offered to help in by serving or cleaning up. Even catering for 24 people can be a chore.

Two Teacher retirment parties
