Anyone ever used or seen one of these in use? I thought it'd work well for making lox and cheese and stuff. I should've been smoking the salmon and cheese over this past winter with a water pan full of ice, but I wasn't thinking and was smokin' butts and briskets and such.

I've had one of these for about a year. I hooked it up to my Little Chief smoker. Works great for cold smoking cheese, salmon, bacon. Can be attached to about anything: 5 gal. bucket, trash can, carboard box, most any smoker if you don't mind drilling a hole for it. I bought the smaller one and both the plug-in type pumb and the battery operated so I could take anywhere even if no electric. It really works as advertised!
