Came across this good video for those who are not sure on how to SpatchC0ck (butterfly) a chicken. Depending on your connection speed can take a little time for the video to load.

There have been a few threads on spatch**** chicken in the past. I believe that video was posted in one of them. Below is one of them.

I did one like that yesterday bull...cept the bone removal deal. Does that help when carving the breast...no bone persay? Just curious..Thanks :)

Not Bull,but helps me alot!When the chicken is done,you are slicing only
meat.No bone,looks better.

Not Bull,but helps me alot!When the chicken is done,you are slicing only
meat.No bone,looks better.
