Ok all you cooks out there. Every have a good knife but have it lose it's edge? Not sure how to get it back? Afraid to let a stranger tackle it? Afraid to sharpen it your self?

Well your prayers have been answered. There is now someone you can trust to put the edge back on your bbq cutlery. And it can be done at a price you can afford. So what is your excuse now??

I am know far and wide by many as the Jelly Man, but I know am going to have another name. The Texas Knife Man ... Messermeister dealer and knife sharpening service.

Now there is a name you can trust. If TPJ is involved all is good. The going price is $1.00 per inch to sharpen your kitchen cutlery. So send me a pm if you want to talk about sharpening your knives.

Or just bundle them up and send them to me with a return address. I will sharpen them box them up and send them back with an invoice. How about that ... no prepayment.

So give me PM if you have any questions.

NOTE: I will not put a new point on a blade that is broken, I will not do serrated edges and I can not fix blades that have chunks missing.

I will also be able to sharpen scissors very very soon as well.

Thanks as always for your support.

I'm just gonna jump in and ask the question before gsmith does

Is that "per inch" based on the width of the blade or on the length?

Okay, I'll shut up now...sounds like a great deal, Craig

(ya know somebody was gonna ask it )

I'm in awe of such power, I should have known better than to jack with the administrator. Should have learned a lesson after witnessing the power of the ambassador. :bigguns: There is no power vacuum on the forum. :surrender:

I put my trust in Texana. He has my knife set. $600 bucks worth of culinary tools. Now that is trust. I can't wait to get them back. They are done, but I would rather him hang on to them than ship to me. After all, he is only a few miles from my shop and I see him just about every weekend. One thing I know, if he says he can professionally sharpen knives, I believe him.
