bills potatos

I made some of bills potatos for the lodge, I put the cheese on top and put it in the smoker with peach wood. When we started serving everyone asked what it was. I told them it was bills potatos. The old ladies took 2-3 small piece of pork, a small spoon of beans ( made by my beautiful bride of 46 yrs.) and a small spoon full of bills potatos. I was told it fed 50-75 people? after the old ladies got a taste of it I had only a small portion left and not much meat. the potatos were awsome.

Yeah...I found that it REASONABLY serves 25 people at most. Just make more...:D :thumbs:
