We have a party on Saturday and I thought it would be good to get some of the cooking out of the way today. Somehow I managed to overcook the pork shoulders and they are pretty dry. Any suggestions on what I can do to "fix" this mess.
Thanks!

Sauce & apple juice is your friend. Thin your sauce bout 50/50 with juice, mix in pulled pork til it get how ya like it.

No sin in adding the sauce . Up here, that is kinda what they expect BBQ'd pork to look like!

Thanks guys.... I was pretty upset with myself when I saw what happened. I kind of thought this might be the way to go, but wanted to check with the experts first.....no sense in messing things up even more.
I'm cooking a small whole hog on Saturday and the pulled pork is meant to be a supplement to ensure there is plenty for everyone to eat. If I catch the drippings while cooking the whole hog should I add them to the pulled pork?
Thanks again!

Yep. Just sauce it up. Those hog drippings could be mighty nice, too! Just make sure they taste good. :D
