Glad to hear that Tommy. Everyone says it is great, I have bought several jars, but my wife keeps ripping off my stash to use with chese rings and crackers for appetizers (and thats pretty dang good too!!) Im going to have to get a private stash and jelly my ribs up next cook! Thanks

The pineapple Habenero is awesome on ribs. I was using a different brand I was getting at a gormet shop in the mall. It was pineapple habenero the jar was like 16.00 but it is good stuff. Now I am using the pepper jelly. Either way it is awesome on ribs.:twocents::stirthepot:

Well think if I wanted some habs I just go to the grocery store and buy some. I had a jerk chicken recipe around here somewhere which called for 6 but I was brave and only used 2. Wasn't a bit hot and it wasn't a large quantity either. I aint sure where the heat goes on them thangs. I got a theory that cooking tames it down a bit.

Bw might be right on the cookin the heat out thing on the habs. The wife and I make about 9 gallons of salsa a year outa our garden.12x12. They are a sweet hot unless ya cook em down..mmm..great addition to a mix.

Now why would anyone have a jerk chicken recipe?...
just click here- http://www.hotsauceworld.com/hsw3424.html
I been using this for 30 years + on chicken tights...tried many recipes..go ahead and click, you can't improve on this marinade.Actually this is available everywhere without clicking and ordering..just click and take a mental photo and remember this, add some cheap oil and overnight it in the fridge or 4 hours.

I agree. Walkerswood is the best brand of jerk marinade I can find as well. I've tried others, but always go back to the Walkerswood.
