Default Custom Paint JoB

Check out the custom paint job on one of Stump's Smokers. I saw this one unveiled in Callahan last month.

Actually the owner, Wayne Clark of "Prime Time Smokers" is a real good guy and loves BBQ'ing as much as we do. Kind of a hard judgement to make on someone based on a photo, don't you think? I'll bet you made that last statement in jest , at least I hope so!

It was made in jest, but he does look like a hippie.

I label almost everyone a damn dirty hippy. It keeps me from swearing (as much) in front of my kids. That and I have a deep-rooted distaste for the whole "retro-hippie" trend. Jim Morrison was a third-rate coffee-shop poet who exposed himself in publc, not a god. Janis Joplin sounded like a cat in a car engine. Capitalism = good, communism = bad. Getiing high and dancing in mud does not make you privvy to the secrets of the universe, it just means you are playing in a privvy. The 70's sucked the first time around, I don't want to go through them again.

Kirk, cranky beyond my years...
