Default Light grilling this weekend this weekend

Had a bunch of Homework to do this weekend for My MS Office 2007 on-line class. Plus there was a benefit for a kid that we knew and they were serving brisket, ribs, and sausage so we had that yesterday.

I fired up the charcoal pit today. Armed myself with some chicken, Paula Deen's recipe for Daddy's tangy grilling sauce

1 cup Worcestershire, 1 stick of butter and the juice of two lemons

fired up the coal.....got the grill ready.

Serving it with whole okra cooked till its tender and some Ranch Style beans
