Default Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Smoker Modifications???
Does anybody have any suggestions on what modifications I could do to my Okie Joe smoker? Im thinking about adding vertical box on the side of it also to add more cooking area. If yall got any suggestions and/or pics that would be great. Thanks Landon!

one mod you will definately have to do is a better wood grate for burning sticks. your original one will start bending and warp from the heat

Yea that was one of the things I did as soon as i bought it. I got some big monster grate made for it. The other one lasted about a month.
